Billing & plans
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, up or down. We prorate the difference automatically.
What if I need more users or branches?
Add them as add-ons without upgrading your plan. See the pricing page for per-seat and per-branch rates.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your subscription settings and keep access until the end of the billing period.
Data & security
Where is my data stored?
On secure cloud infrastructure with daily encrypted backups. Enterprise customers can request private-cloud or on-prem deployment.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is yours — you can export patients, appointments, and invoices.
Who can see what?
Access is role-based and scoped (your own, your branch, or your clinic). Admins can customize permissions per profile or per user.
Integrations
Does it support ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. ZATCA Phase 2 is built in, with CSR / CSID onboarding, clearance, and a remediation queue.
Does it support Egyptian ETA e-invoicing?
Yes, on all plans.
Does it send WhatsApp reminders?
Yes, appointment reminders can go out over WhatsApp on all paid plans.
Is there an API?
API access is available on the Enterprise plan, for custom integrations.
