By accessing or using OCA-Clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
OCA-Clinic provides clinic management software including appointments, electronic medical records, billing, and e-invoicing. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for the accuracy of data you enter.
4. Your data
Data you enter into OCA-Clinic remains yours. We process it only to provide and improve the service, and will not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Unpaid subscriptions may be suspended. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCA-Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email.
